Christmas Eve 2015
Welcome to FabFusion restaurant on Christams Eve.
Our chef has prepared a special Christmas menu with traditional Polish dishes cooked in fusion style. We will make every effort to ensure that you have a wonderful evening full of joy and peace.
During Christmas season our restaurant will work on full a’la carte menu (available in menu section) and Christmas special menu as below:
Matjes herring with juicy cantaloupe melon, feta cheese and balsamic vinegar
Mushroom soup cooked on traditional sourdough, with addition of dried plum and noodles
Baked sea bass on wine sauce with a hint of anise, served with baked spinach mousse and asparagus wrapped in parma ham (or optionally without parma ham)
Turkey roulade with porcini mushrooms, potato and carrot puree served with Pak Choi cabbage
Baked apple with cinnamon, nuts, dried plums and honey, bathed in delicious caramel sauce
During the dinner traditional dried fruit compote will be served
FabFusion restaurant will be open on December 24th till 10 pm and we take the last order at 8:00 pm.
